Making an effort to investigate the various cultures and individual differences among Latinos is an integral part of having a broad and balanced perspective into this very important segment.

Don't get me wrong...Hispanics are much more than a 'segment' of the U.S. but rather a powerful, successful, and rapidly growing population.
